These delectable baguette chips pack loads of flavour in their crispy layers and are a great accompaniment to salsa, hummus, and guacamole. In fact, they are a great snack even on their own.
What you’ll need:
- a baguette
- 2 tbls olive oil
- parmesan cheese
- coarse salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 200 celsius.
Slice baguette into thin 0.5cm slivers. Line the little baguette ovals on a baking sheet and dap lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle some coarse salt and pepper (to taste) on each little slice and shower them in shredded parmesan.
Pop them in the oven for around 7 minutes. Remember to check them from time to time as they burn very easily!
